In 2017, KOWA invested in the construction of a central kitchen industrial park with a total area of 42,000 square meters in the Dalian Free Trade Zone, and launched the "Hyper Central Kitchen" so as to better serve domestic and foreign catering and retail enterprises. It is characterized by "fresh-keeping daily distribution", "international standards" and "private customization", with nutritional and functional meals as the core, integrating production and processing, food research and development, and industrial tourism, and has become the largest of its kind in Northeast China. It is also the only central kitchen industrial park that serves both the foreign trade export and the domestic catering market.
